Molly Hatchet è una band di southern rock americana formatasi a Jacksonville, Florida, nel 1975. Fondata da Dave Hlubek e Steve Holland, il nome della band deriva da una prostituta che, secondo la leggenda, mutilò e decapitava i suoi clienti.
