My Darkest Days fue una banda de rock canadiense formada en Peterborough, Ontario, en 2008. La formación original estaba compuesta por Matt Walst (voz), Brendan McMillan (bajo), Doug Oliver (batería), Sal Costa (guitarra) y Reid Henry (teclados). Descubiertos por Chad Kroeger de Nickelback, el grupo firmó con el sello discográfico de Kroeger, 604 Records. Su álbum debut homónimo fue lanzado en 2010, alcanzando un éxito moderado gracias al sencillo "Porn Star Dancing".
