Eloy es una banda alemana de rock progresivo activa desde 1969 hasta la actualidad. Su estilo musical combina elementos de música sinfónica y space rock, siendo este último tema más predominante en los álbumes iniciales. A pesar de su nacionalidad y período histórico, Eloy no se considera generalmente krautrock debido a su sonido, que tiene mucho en común con grupos ingleses de rock progresivo como Pink Floyd, King Crimson y Yes. Entre sus canciones más representativas se encuentran "The Gates of Doom", "Ocean", "Beyond the Wall" y "Lady of the Lake".
