Velvet Acid Christ (VAC) è un progetto musicale electro-industrial statunitense fondato a Denver, Colorado, nel 1990 da Bryan Erickson. La musica di VAC si caratterizza per l'uso di sintetizzatori aggressivi, ritmi industriali e testi spesso oscuri e provocatori che esplorano temi come la tecnologia, la società e la spiritualità. La band ha acquisito una solida fanbase underground negli anni '90 grazie a performance live intense e un sound distintivo che mescola elementi di industrial metal, EBM e synthwave. VAC ha pubblicato oltre 12 album in studio, collaborando con artisti come Skinny Puppy e Front Line Assembly. Tra i brani più rappresentativi si ricordano "The Machine", "Bloodlust" e "God's Own Country".
