Gli Hour Glass furono un gruppo musicale statunitense attivo dal 1967 al 1968. Il loro sound era una fusione di rock psichedelico e blues, influenzato dalla scena musicale del Sud degli Stati Uniti. Tra i membri fondatori figuravano due futuri componenti della leggendaria Allman Brothers Band: Duane Allman (chitarra) e Gregg Allman (tastiere e voce). Altri membri importanti furono Jimmy Johnson (batteria), che in seguito collaborò con artisti come Bob Dylan, e Barry Goldberg (voce e armonica), noto per le sue performance con il gruppo Blues Project. Gli Hour Glass incisero un solo album, omonimo, nel 1968, che contiene brani come "The Way I Feel" e "I'm So Glad".
