The xx son un grupo musical británico formado en Londres en 2005. Compuesto por Romy Madley Croft (voz, guitarra), Oliver Sim (bajo, voz) y Jamie Smith (producción, electrónica), el trío ganó fama internacional por su sonido minimalista y atmosférico, caracterizado por melodías simples pero efectivas, arreglos sutiles y letras introspectivas.
