Little Feat es una banda de rock estadounidense formada en Los Ángeles en 1969 por Lowell George (letrista, cantante y guitarrista) y Bill Payne (tecladista). La banda ha sabido mezclar influencias de blues, R and B, country, funk y rock and roll en un sonido original y reconocible. Entre sus canciones más famosas se encuentran "Dixie Chicken", "Willin'" y "Fat Man in the Bathtub". Después de la disolución del grupo en 1979 tras la muerte de George, Little Feat volvió a actuar nueve años después, continuando grabando nuevos álbumes hasta el día de hoy. Entre sus álbumes más importantes se encuentra "Waiting for Columbus" (1978), considerado un clásico del rock americano.
