Neal Morse es un músico estadounidense de fama internacional, conocido principalmente por su trabajo en el rock progresivo. Nacido en 1964, comenzó su carrera musical en la década de 1980 con la banda Spock's Beard, fundada junto al guitarrista Dave Meros. Con Spock's Beard, Morse ayudó a definir un nuevo sonido progresivo, caracterizado por melodías intrincadas, letras poéticas y una fuerte influencia jazzística. Además de su trabajo con Spock's Beard, Morse también es miembro de los supergrupos Transatlantic y Flying Colors, colaborando con algunos de los nombres más importantes del rock progresivo mundial como Mike Portnoy, Roine Stolt y Steve Hackett.
