Susaye Greene (nacida el 13 de septiembre de 1949) es una cantante afroamericana, conocida por ser el último miembro oficial en unirse al grupo femenino Motown The Supremes, permaneciendo en el grupo durante sus últimos años de existencia, desde 1976 hasta 1977. Greene reemplazó a Jean Terrell después de que esta última dejara el grupo.
