The Long Blondes fueron una banda británica de indie rock activa desde 2003 hasta 2008. Originarios de Sheffield, Inglaterra, el grupo estaba compuesto por Kate Jackson (voz), Reuben Wu (guitarra), Dorian Cox (bajo) y Emma Chaplin (batería). Su música se caracteriza por un sonido enérgico y melódico, con influencias del post-punk y la new wave. Su álbum debut, "Someone to Love", lanzado en 2005, recibió elogios de la crítica y los ayudó a convertirse en una de las bandas indie más prometedoras del período.
