Wolfchant es una banda alemana formada en St. Oswald en agosto de 2003 por Lokhi, Gaahnt, Skaahl y Norgahd. El grupo se distingue por su música que explora leyendas y relatos del folclore nórdico. En 2005 firmaron un contrato discográfico con CCP Records y con su álbum debut "Bloody Tales of Disgraced Lands" (2005) ganaron reconocimiento a nivel nacional. Wolfchant es conocido por su sonido potente y épico, que fusiona elementos de heavy metal, folk metal y pagan metal. Las letras, a menudo en inglés, se caracterizan por una atmósfera oscura y mística, inspirada en la tradición nórdica. Entre las canciones más representativas se encuentran "Blood of the North", "The Raven" y "Odin's Fury".
