Counting Crows es una banda de rock estadounidense formada en Berkeley, California, en 1989. Su sonido se caracteriza por melodías pegadizas, letras introspectivas y una fuerte influencia del folk-rock. Después de años tocando en clubes, la banda firmó con Geffen Records en 1993.
