Testament es una banda estadounidense de thrash metal formada en Santa Clara, California, en 1983. Considerados uno de los grupos más influyentes del género, nunca lograron alcanzar el mismo éxito comercial que Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth y Anthrax (los llamados "Big Four del Thrash").
