Limbonic Art è un gruppo musicale norvegese di symphonic black metal attivo dal 1994. Considerati uno dei pionieri del genere, hanno contribuito a definire l'estetica e il sound caratteristico della scena symphonic black metal degli anni '90. Il loro stile si distingue per l'uso di orchestrali sinfonici, tastiere epico-drammatiche e riff di chitarra aggressivi, creando un'atmosfera oscura e malinconica. Tra i brani più rappresentativi figurano "The 13th Floor", "Through the Eyes of a Raven" e "A Shadow in the Night". L'album di debutto "Moonrise" (1996) è considerato un classico del genere, mentre "Black Moon Rising" (1998) ha consolidato il loro successo. Limbonic Art si sono sciolti nel 2001 per poi riunirsi nel 2013.
