Nuno Duarte Gil Mendes Bettencourt, meglio conosciuto come Nuno Bettencourt, è un chitarrista portoghese naturalizzato statunitense nato a Ponta Delgada, nelle Azzorre, il 18 settembre 1967. Ha anche intrapreso una carriera solista, pubblicando album come "Schizophonic" (1998) e "The Other Side of the Mirror" (2006).
