SikTh è stata una band metal progressivo/tecnico inglese, originaria di Watford. Formatasi a marzo 2001, la band ha catturato l'attenzione di numerose riviste musicali come Kerrang! e Metal Hammer, diventando anche un favorito del DJ di BBC Radio 1 Mary Anne Hobbs. SikTh era nota per il suo sound complesso e sperimentale, che mescolava elementi di metalcore, djent, jazz e musica elettronica. Il loro stile musicale è caratterizzato da riff intricati, cambiamenti ritmici repentini e vocalizzi polifonici. Tra i brani più rappresentativi si ricordano "Breathing Monument", "The New Black" e "Visions". Dopo un periodo di attività intenso, la band ha annunciato lo scioglimento nel 2010. Tuttavia, nel 2016 SikTh è tornata a esibirsi dal vivo e ha pubblicato nuovi album, dimostrando che il loro sound innovativo continua ad affascinare i fan.
