Lio, all'anagrafe Vanda Maria Ribeiro Furtado Tavares de Vasconcelos, è una cantautrice e attrice portoghese naturalizzata belga. Nata a Lisbona nel 1962, si trasferisce in Belgio durante l'infanzia.
