Lizzy Borden è un gruppo heavy metal statunitense formatosi a Los Angeles nel 1983. Il nome della band, così come quello del suo frontman, Lizzy Borden, deriva da Lizzie Borden, una donna accusata di omicidio nel XIX secolo, in linea con l'attitudine shock rock ispirata ad Alice Cooper. La band si distingue per un sound heavy metal influenzato dal glam rock e dall'horror punk, caratterizzato da riff aggressivi, melodie orecchiabili e testi dark. Tra i brani più rappresentativi figurano «Master of the Night», «Me Against the World» e «Love You to Death». Lizzy Borden è apparso nel documentario The Decline of Western Civilization Part II: The Metal Years. La formazione ha subito numerosi cambiamenti nel corso degli anni, con Joe Holmes (chitarra) che ha collaborato con David Lee Roth e Ozzy Osbourne, mentre Marten Andresson (basso) ha suonato con Lynch Mob e Legacy.
