Lonnie Donegan (Glasgow, 29 de abril de 1931 – 19 de noviembre de 2002) fue un cantante y músico escocés considerado el padre del skiffle, un género musical popular en la década de 1950. Comenzó su carrera como miembro del grupo de música folk The Skiffle Group, que actuaba en pubs de Glasgow. En 1954, con el nombre Lonnie Donegan and His Skiffle Group, obtuvo un éxito internacional con la canción «Rock Island Line», una versión skiffle de una canción tradicional estadounidense.
