Starlight Mints son una banda de indie pop/psychedelic pop originaria de Norman, Oklahoma. Formada en los años '90, el grupo ha tenido variaciones en el número de miembros entre cuatro y siete. La formación actual incluye a Allen Vest (voz, guitarra), Andy Nunez (batería), Marian Love Nunez (teclados), Ryan Lindsey (teclados/guitarra) y Javier Gonzales (bajo). Tres ex miembros (James Honderich, Mary Beth Leigh, Kure Croker) contribuyeron a su sonido con violín, violonchelo y voz.
