The Twang es una banda británica de indie rock originaria de Birmingham, Inglaterra, formada en 2004. Compuesta por Phil Etheridge (voz, guitarra), Jonny Brown (guitarra), Ross 'Razz' McKenzie (bajo) y Mark 'Mucky' Jones (batería), el grupo alcanzó la popularidad con su álbum debut autotitulado "The Twang" en 2007. El álbum, producido por Steve Osborne, vendió más de 100.000 copias en el Reino Unido y generó éxitos como "Two Wrongs Make a Right", "Sick of It" y "I Don't Wanna Be Your Friend".
