Los Delgados fueron una banda escocesa de indie rock formada en Motherwell en 1994. Compuesta por Emma Pollock (voz, guitarra), Stuart McAlpine Fidler (guitarra, voz), Alasdair MacLean (bajo) y Paul Harkin (batería), alcanzaron cierta popularidad en los años 90 y principios del 2000 con un sonido caracterizado por melodías pegadizas, letras introspectivas y arreglos refinados. Su álbum debut, "The Great Eastern", fue lanzado en 1997 y marcó el comienzo de una carrera llena de álbumes aclamados por la crítica como "Since When" (2000) y "Hate and Love" (2002).
