Joe Strummer, pseudonimo di John Graham Mellor (1952-2002), è stato un cantautore, chitarrista e attivista britannico. Noto per essere il frontman dei The Clash, una delle band punk più influenti della storia musicale. Nato a Ankara, in Turchia, da genitori inglesi, Strummer trascorse la sua infanzia tra Londra e l'Europa continentale.
